AI audit log
A permanent record of what an AI system said and did on a company's behalf, kept for review and compliance.
An AI audit log captures conversations, the actions the AI took (such as booking a tour or creating a work order), and the information it relied on. It lets a manager answer the question "what exactly did the system tell this prospect?"
This matters for fair housing reviews, resident complaints and staff training. A good log is searchable, tied to the prospect or resident record, and cannot be edited after the fact.
