Short version: the only personal data we collect is what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we'll delete it if you ask.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, work email, company, and message you enter. That's all of it — there is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this site. We don't set cookies.
Why we have it
To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to carry on that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing. We won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, and then held in our own email accounts. Nobody else processes it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where we go on to work together, correspondence is retained for as long as the engagement and our record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@strivbridge.com and we'll action it. If you're in the UK, EU, or California you have these rights in law; we'll honour the request either way and won't ask you to prove where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top.
