How the move works

- ExportYou run the standard rent roll, tenant, unit, owner and vendor reports in your old system, plus your trial balance, and send us the files. We tell you exactly which ones.
- Check before loadingBefore a single record is created, the import is audited: duplicate owners, balances that don't add up, leases missing dates and records that point at nothing are listed for you.
- Load and tie outEverything is loaded into your company, then each property is tied back to the export file: open receivables, deposits held, units and leases. Every difference is explained by a skipped row or flagged.
- Check togetherYou review rent rolls and ledgers side by side with us. If something is wrong, the whole import can be undone and loaded again from a corrected file, right up until go-live.
- Go livePick a cutover date. You keep working in your old system until then. Residents get their app invites and your team starts in StrivBridge.
