- ExportYou run the standard rent roll, tenant, unit, owner and vendor reports in AppFolio, plus your trial balance, and send us the files. We tell you exactly which ones.
- Check before loadingBefore a single record is created, the import is audited: duplicate owners, balances that don't add up, leases missing dates and records that point at nothing are listed for you.
- Load and tie outEverything is loaded into your company, then each property is tied back to the export file: open receivables, deposits held, units and leases. Every difference is explained by a skipped row or flagged.
- Check togetherYou review rent rolls and ledgers side by side with us. If something is wrong, the whole import can be undone and loaded again from a corrected file, right up until go-live.
- Go livePick a cutover date. You keep working in AppFolio until then. Residents get their app invites and your team starts in StrivBridge.

What does the migration cost?
Nothing. Migration and onboarding are included in the $5 per unit price.
Do I have to stop using AppFolio while you move us?
No. You keep running AppFolio until the cutover date you choose, and we bring the balances as of that date.
Do you bring over every past transaction?
We bring over what you need to run from day one: current leases, open balances, deposits and your trial balance as opening balances. Keep your AppFolio exports for older history.
What if the import gets something wrong?
You check everything with us before go-live, and until then an import can be undone completely and loaded again from a corrected file.
Am I locked in afterwards?
No. StrivBridge is month to month, and if you ever leave, we hand you a full export of your data.
