Terms for residents, applicants and owners

Last updated 30 September 2026

Your property manager or landlord uses StrivBridge to run its business. If you rent, apply, own property or work with them, you may use StrivBridge's resident app, application pages, owner portal or messages. These terms explain how that works. Your lease or management agreement is with your property manager, not with StrivBridge.

1. Who you deal with

Your property manager decides what you can do in StrivBridge, what you are charged, and how your information is used, and is responsible for your lease, application and account with them. StrivBridge, LLC provides the software they use. Questions about your rent, application, lease or property go to your property manager.

2. Your login

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell your property manager if you think someone else has used them. You can delete your login at any time in the resident app under Account › Delete my login, or by asking your property manager or emailing hello@strivbridge.com. Your rental records stay with your property manager, who keeps them as the law requires.

3. Paying online

Payments you make in StrivBridge are processed by payment companies such as Stripe, under their terms, and go to your property manager's account. StrivBridge does not hold your money. Card and bank numbers are held by the payment company; StrivBridge sees only the last four digits. Any payment fee is shown before you pay. Questions about a payment, a refund or a late fee go to your property manager.

4. Signing documents electronically

Your property manager may ask you to sign leases and other documents electronically. By signing electronically you agree that your electronic signature and the electronic documents have the same effect as paper and ink. Before you agree:

  • You can ask your property manager for a paper copy of any document you sign electronically, without charge unless they tell you otherwise.
  • You can withdraw your consent to signing and receiving documents electronically at any time by telling your property manager; documents will then be given to you on paper. Withdrawing does not affect documents already signed.
  • Your consent covers the documents your property manager sends you through StrivBridge for that lease or application.
  • Keep your email address and phone number up to date with your property manager so you receive documents and notices.
  • You need a device with an up-to-date web browser and internet access, an email address, and the ability to open PDF files to view, sign and keep copies. Download or print a copy of anything you sign for your records.
  • Some notices, such as eviction notices for your home, must be given to you by the means the law requires and are not replaced by electronic delivery.

5. Texts, calls and the AI assistant

Your property manager may text or call you through StrivBridge about your inquiry, application, tour, rent, maintenance or notices, and an AI assistant may answer for them. The assistant always says it is an AI and can hand you to a person; calls may be recorded and it says so at the start. Reply STOP to stop texts. Our Text messaging terms explain more.

6. Using the apps fairly

Use StrivBridge only for your own tenancy, application or property. Do not try to access other people's information, interfere with the service, or upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share.

7. Your information

Your property manager decides how your information is used and its privacy notice applies. How StrivBridge handles it as their service provider is in our Privacy Policy. StrivBridge does not sell your information or use it to train AI models.

8. The service

We work to keep StrivBridge available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". StrivBridge is not responsible for your property manager's decisions, charges or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer, landlord-tenant or fair housing law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Questions about StrivBridge itself: StrivBridge, LLC, 1922 Jacolyn Pl NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30329, United States, hello@strivbridge.com.
