Owner portals typically show monthly statements, distributions, year-end tax forms, work orders awaiting approval and property documents.

Self-service access reduces routine calls and emails to the management team. It also builds trust: owners who can see activity as it happens are less likely to question fees or expenses at statement time. Portals often also let owners approve estimates and repairs above the limit set in the management agreement.
