Setting quiet hours and consent for texting
How the assistant decides who it may text and when, and the settings you control.
Texting laws are strict, and the assistant is built to stay inside them. You still choose the hours and limits that fit your community.
Who it texts
- It replies to anyone who texts your leasing number.
- It sends follow-up texts only to people who agreed to texts. Follow-up emails go only to people who wrote to you.
- Tour reminders are the exception: the person booked the tour.
- Balance and renewal notices go only to residents, and calls from an AI only to residents who agreed in the resident portal.
- Guarantors are never texted or called.
