Asking Rivr
Rivr is the assistant inside StrivBridge for your team. Ask it questions, have it draft, and approve what it proposes.
Rivr, at the top of the sidebar, answers questions about your own data and helps you get work done. Ask it anything you would ask a colleague who knows the system.
- Which leases end in the next 60 days?
- Who owes the most right now?
- Summarize open work orders by property.
- What changed in the books this month?
Changes wait for you
When Rivr proposes a change, rather than just answering, it shows a proposal for you to review. Nothing changes until you approve it.
