Running a weekly leasing meeting from one dashboard

Build one dashboard for your weekly leasing meeting and run the meeting from it.

A weekly leasing meeting is only useful if everyone looks at the same numbers. Build one dashboard for it and open it at the start of every meeting.

Build the dashboard

  1. Open Overview › Analytics and choose New dashboard.
  2. Use Build with AI to create each report, asking in plain words.
  3. Add reports for: new prospects by source, tours this week, applications and approvals, leases signed, leases ending in the next 90 days without an offer, and vacant units by days vacant.
  4. Drag them into place and share the dashboard with your leasing team.
