The differences
Where StrivBridge is different.
AI leasing included
Yardi lists RentCafe Chat IQ as an add-on for Breeze Premier. The StrivBridge AI leasing agent (text, email and voice) is included in the per-unit price.
Free trial
StrivBridge has a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Yardi's Breeze page offers a demo and online purchase; no free trial is listed.
Commitment
Yardi Breeze pricing is based on an annual agreement. StrivBridge starts with a free trial before any commitment.
One published price for every size
Yardi publishes Breeze pricing but not Voyager pricing. StrivBridge publishes one price for 50 to 50,000 homes.
To be fair
When Yardi (Breeze and Voyager) may fit better.
Yardi Voyager may be the better choice for very large or mixed enterprise portfolios, especially companies with existing Yardi integrations, commercial or affordable programs, and in-house teams trained on Yardi. Yardi Breeze may suit small residential portfolios that want a $1-per-unit base price and are comfortable with an annual agreement and paying separately for add-ons.
