Reading the Results tab

Check whether priced homes lease faster or for more, and what features are worth.

The Results tab tells you whether pricing is working at this property, from your own leases and leads only.

  • Priced vs held out: new leases on unit types that were priced, against unit types kept on today's price that quarter. Once both groups have 20 or more leases, the comparison is reliable.
  • Prices applied, rejected, and the amount added by accepted prices.
  • Days to lease and rent against each home's last lease.
  • Renewals: offers made from the suggested price against offers priced by hand, with average increase accepted.
  • What features are worth: what amenities or upper floors add, once there are at least 5 leases on each side (20 to trust it).
  • Demand by month and price response, relearned weekly from your latest leases.
