How the assistant behaves
The rules it always follows, whatever your instructions say.
Your AI leasing assistant answers prospects by text, email, chat and phone. Before you rely on it, know the rules that are built in. They apply on top of every flow and cannot be switched off by an instruction.
Always
- It introduces itself as an AI, and on calls says the call may be recorded.
- It quotes all-in monthly prices from your listings, never a number it made up.
- It tells people how to opt out. Replying STOP ends messages; AGENT asks for a person. Both work in every language.
- It only sends follow-up texts to people who agreed to texts, and follow-up emails to people who wrote to you.
- It sends its own messages only between your send hours, in the property's time zone, and never more than three a day.
